Reel, Grill, & Chill requires a 50% deposit on services reserved to confirm a reservation. The final payment is made on the day of the tour. A full refund minus administrative fees is granted for cancellations received 3 days prior to the reserved date. We require that a cancellation request is placed at least 48 hours before reserved date. This gives us the opportunity to fill your seat. If you do not cancel prior to the 48-hour deadline, your deposit will be forfeited.

If Reel, Grill, & Chill has to cancel a tour and cannot reschedule due to inclement weather or any other natural disasters, we will refund full deposit. Feel free to reach out to+501 6100998 for any inquiries.
